The cottage is within walking distance to the Michelin stared restaurant ‘The White Swan’ along with other outstanding restaurants ‘The Fence Gate’, ‘The Sparrowhawk’ and Forest at Fence are also within walking distance.
The views cover the whole valley and the motorway network is only 2 miles away. This opens up day trips to The Lake District, Manchester, The Yorkshire Dales including Haworth, Liverpool and of course a five minute drive to Pendle Hill, watch out for any witches but you will certainly see some black cats.
Straight off the private cobbled drive into the lounge. Off the lounge is a bedroom with a superking sized bed and the kitchen diner with views over the valley. To the rear of the kitchen diner are double doors to a private contained patio area. Upstairs is a triple aspect room with a King sized bed with views across the valley, a twin bedroom and a shower room with a walk in shower the size of a bath.
